La Ferme de Chrystelle
Chrystelle's farm is a mixed crop-livestock operation, with a focus on Limousin cattle. A farmer in Albussac since 2008, she raises most of her cows outdoors. She sells direct packages of Limousin meat, as well as a wide range of fresh produce, charcuterie and ready-made meals.
In 2020, she joined the cutting and processing workshop, SAS Paysans C?ur de Corrèze in Naves, in partnership with several farmers.
Chrystelle takes great care in her preparations, combining taste and aesthetics. Her charcuteries are finely cut to the shape of a rose petal and presented like a bouquet of flowers. His cooked dishes are a blend of flavors from Albussac and elsewhere.
